Delicate, sculptural, and bursting with summer colour, this beautiful three-dimensional flower head is a joyful exploration of raised embroidery and silk shading. During this single-session class, we will create five individually wired petals, each worked with softly blended silk shading to give depth, light, and movement to the flower. At the centre, intertwined cast-on stitches add texture and richness, while the wired structure allows the petals to lift beautifully from the fabric surface.
